4. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reasonable reason, including errors in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraud.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
From your day of order, our estimated Handling and Transit Times combined (see our Shipping Policy) means you should receive your order between 3-6 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you only when the goods are delivered into your physical possession. Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.
7. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (IMPORTANT)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You have the right to: - Reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund

- Receive a refund if repair/replacement fails
Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders) - You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (to terry@guitars-limited.com).
· Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving returned goods
· Refunds will be made using the original payment method

· Goods must be returned in reasonable condition
